Exploring, creating, and the Adventure

I started my shop on when I was trying to find a way to share and market my art. It was right before Halloween one year and i was looking for something to paint for Halloween. I had a couple of wine glasses that I thought would be interesting to paint. That was the start of my Etsy page. As time went on I went back to my first love which was drawing. I always liked Black and White photography and that is where I came up with the idea of White charcoal on Black paper. Pet portraits, cars, motorcycles were some of the things I loved to draw. I then starting combining the drawings with my other hobby of exploring the desert. I started taking pictures of placed that are not easy for the average person to get to. What I found out was that these placed are slowly getting taken away from the pubic due to vandalism or many other of unknown reasons. My art is inspired by the places that are fading away.

As you can see my creations are endless. I create painted wine glasses, copper jewelry, charcoal fine art and t-shirt design. Art is absolutely endless and will always be something I love to do.

Care instructions -Can I wash glasses in the dishwasher?

Handwashing recommended for a life time of use. Very durable but the heat from the dishwasher changes the integrity of the paint. So, washing in the dishwasher not recommended.

Will Copper turn my skin Green?

So why can or does your skin turn green while wearing copper? It's known as the oxidation reaction. The copper reacts with oxygen in the air, your sweat and skin oils creating a green layer of copper carbonate on your skin. Relax; it shouldn't be anything to be concerned about, it just looks terrible. Most likely you're not allergic to the copper, very few people are. Simply keep your copper clean and dry and remove any oil or sweat which may be on your jewelry.

What type of Charcoal do you use?

My custom drawings are White charcoal on Black paper. This gives the drawing a negative look.

What is Copper electroforming?

Electroforming is the process of depositing a thick layer of copper onto a conductive surface.
